M.K.'s Road To Redemption... Crackin' 20 g's

*I was late because of work, so I missed some of the workout.  Here's what I made it for:

1.)  Warmup:
500 Swim

2.)
3 Times:
                    4 x 75 (1:10) descend (descended to :48)
                    4 x 25 (:30) 10 second sprints

*Held :48's on the last 75's of each set.

3.)
Continuous Swim:
2 x 100 I.M. Drill

4.)
3 Times:
2 x 50 (:45) Freestyle swim
2 x 25 (:30) Back down, Breast back

100 Easy


Daily Total:  2,450 yards

Redemption Total:  20,200 yards
